Homes will be focused on meeting Government targets to deliver self/custom build plots across Local Authorities to meet identified need from housing registers.
Home owners will be able to secure the housing plot at an early stage and influence the style, size and design of the home within a strict design code.
Opus Works...for independent elderly living
The Living section of Opus Works focuses on delivering homes for the older generation with ownership restricted to being over the age of 55 years old.
The homes provide older residents with independent, self-contained living in communities that are adaptable for later living, encouraging community integration through shared and communal facilities.
Opus Works...for climate emergencies and carbon footprint
The Environmental arm focuses on addressing climate change and mitigating the impact of our carbon footprint is having on our surrounding habitats, wildlife and natural resources.

The consultancy arm of Opus Works focuses on providing planning advice and consultancy services to clients in delivering highly complex development schemes across the country.
Schemes include industrial, commercial, residential and other brownfield uses, including disused golf courses.
