The site is located on the edge of Englefield Green, having previously operated as a women's refuge

Since the closure of the refuge, the building is proposed to be changed to a block of Affordable Rented apartments for local residents.

​

A planning application for change of use and reconfiguring is due to be submitted in Spring 2022.
